Walking around the yard....

Don't know what these are called...
do you? Are they bluebells?

These are about ready to bloom.
I don’t know what these are called…
some kind of a “wort”, I think.
I love the blooms……
I’ll post them later.

Look at the BIG buds on the peonies.
Iris by the pond.
Closeup of white azealea bush.
Closeup of pink azealea bush.
Look what the rain did to my azealea bushes!
Hosta along the back porch.
Daddy bluebird....babies are inside.
Mommy bluebird....they've been feeding the babies.

Hi Shirley,
I just loved all the pictures of your flowers, I wish I could help you out though on the firs pic, but can't. The second pic, I have one just like it and love it, but don't know either. LOL Your bluebirds are so pretty, and busy. Thank you for sharing and thank you for coming by to visit. Blessings,
Sue

Look at the size of that azalea bush! We sure have had our share of rain lately. Hopefully the bush will recover after the rain.

You have lovely colors in your yard.

Your pictures are so pretty. . . and they enlarge when you click on them. My iris's are blooming now, too, and my hostas are growing so big. Your bluebells? are pretty, I don't have any of those (hint, hint). I can't wait for the peonies to bloom, they smell so good.

Hi Shirley, I bet that is a Spiderwort. I have a few of those, too. However, mine are just peeking their tiny little heads out of the soil. I am in zone 4 so I'm a bit behind everyone else. That's so cool that you have bluebirds nesting in your yard. ~ Robyn

Your hosta's are beautiful!
I've never seen a bluebell although I've heard of them all my life. They are pretty.
And the rain did the same thing to my azalea bush. Darn it!
