    I will make a different guess...I think she is the one that my BIL still has a crush on...is it Marilyn Monroe?
    The head thrown back, lips and mole are a dead ringer.

    Well the way she has her head tilted back is so reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe. So that's my guess.
